WE'RE GOING ON A SHIP!
July 29-August 3
- To celebrate the end of our summer, we are taking a 5-day cruise to the Bahamas! This was also
a tadsignificantly less expensive than the On The Run Tour tickets. Sorry Jay and Bey!
- We want to look, and most importantly, feel great for our trip. This is also the perfect time for us to celebrate the progress we have made thus far.
- We know that cruises, and vacation in general, can cause you to make some pretty unhealthy choices, but we plan to enjoy ourselves while not overindulging.

October 4, 2014
- Participants in the event have the option to walk or run, and to do the 5K or 10K course. Our goal is to run the 5K!
- Registration is $35 now until October 2nd.
- All funds raised go directly to local organizations, in Charleston, for the prevention of child abuse. There is also a Post Race Celebration following the race!

- This is the MAJOR goal we are working towards. The CRBR is an annual 10K in Charleston, SC. We may be crazy, but we believe we can do this!
- Registration is $35 now until July 14, 2014 and will increase little by little leading up to the race.
- You can also register for $150 and donate to a charity of your choice through their Charity Connections program. You can still donate to a charity without doing the Charity Connections Program.
